If your table pads fail to meet your expectations, return them within 30 days for a prompt refund. If, by chance, your table pads do not fit properly, Pioneer will remake the pads at no extra charge.
Your table pads will be manufactured defect free and are guaranteed, under normal home use, for a lifetime. Any defect in material will be repaired or replace at no cost to you, the consumer.
This guarantee only applies to pads that have been properly cared for during normal home use and are in the possession of the original owner. The guarantee is not transferable to another owner and is null and void if the pads have been subject to abuse, misuse, alteration or other actions over and above normal wear and tear. This guarantee is our only warranty, and any other agreement, express or implied, is null and void. We do not authorize anyone else to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of this table pad.
If you have a claim about damage in shipment, you should report it to the factory within 48 hours of receipt. Any defects in a new pad must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Any other problem should be reported as soon as possible. We reserve the right to examine the damaged pad to determine cause of defect.
